1/4 cup honey
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
3 lbs chicken wings

Mix marinate ingredients together in a zip lock bag marinate for 3-4 hours.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Bake 400 for 15 minutes.
Turn and brush with marinate, cook for another 20-25 minutes.

I just sprinkle them with herbs and spices and bake them till done.

Garlic, melted butter, herbs, and parmesan cheese.

Bake them first by adding salt and pepper. Then when they are done take the above mizture and toss in a bowl. You can sprinkle with more parmezan cheese if you like.

I cut off the tips(the dog gets them) and marinade the wings in different flavoured marinades. Honey Soy wings:1/4 cup soy sauce, 1tblspn honey 1/2 chopped onion, 1 tblspn grated ginger root,1tblspn fresh lemon juice. Mix all together add wings & leave for a couple of hours, turning occassionally.
Sweet or Hot Chilli Wings: Just get a bottle of your favourite Chilli sauce put about 1/2 cup in bowl and add wings. Leave for a few hours before cooking(in fridge) In fact you can make up any of your favourite marinades for this. Bake in medium oven for around 45mins to 1 hour. Can be eaten hot or cold with your choice of sides.

Crispy Chicken Wings:

12 chicken wings
1 egg
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
vegetable oil

Cut each chicken wing at joints to make 3 pieces.
Discard wing tips or save for making chicken broth.
Mix egg, 2 tsp.
vegetable oil, the soy sauce, sugar, and five spice powder; pour over chicken.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Add water to chicken.
Stir flour, cornstarch, and baking soda into chicken.
Heat vegetable oil (1 1/2 inches) in wok (we use a deep fryer) to 350 degrees.
Fry 4 or 5 chicken pieces at a time until light brown, turning 2 or 3 times, about 5 minutes; drain on paper towel.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard.

Fried Chicken Legs:

8-12 servings

12 chicken legs
2 cups self rising flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1 teaspoon seasoning salt (I use Johnny's)
2 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
1/4 teaspoon beau monde seasoning (spice Island brand)
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons butter or Butter Flavor Crisco

Heat a large electric skillet to 375'.
Place oil and butter in skillet til hot.
Meanwhile mix together flour,salt,pepper,seasoning salt,chicken bouillon,and beau monde seasoning in a large plastic baggie or a bread bag and shake to blend.
Wash and towel dry chicken legs and add to plastic bag with mixture.
Shake to coat legs.
Place in hot oil and fry, turning every 10 minutes. Til browned evenly.
Turn heat down and cover skillet for 10 minutes. Remove cover and turn legs over and cover with lid for another 10 minutes. Remove lid.
Turn heat up again and fry til crisp, with turning every 5 minutes for 15minutes.
Remove from oil and place on paper towel and serve.
(NOTE: You may add or delete oil to your standards before or during frying).
