Ni?oise salad (IPA: [ni?swaz]), sometimes referred to as Salade ni?oise, is a type of French salad.

As suggested by the name, it is a specialty of the region of Nice in France and is composed of raw vegetables, hard boiled eggs, anchovies and tuna, and olive oil.

Contrary to what is often seen in restaurants and many recipes, the classic ni?oise salad does not contain rice, potatoes, cheese, pasta or cooked vegetables.

Origin: Nicoise, France

Ingredients:
Nicoise Olives
Tuna
Arugula
Potatoes
Haricot Verts
Olive Oil

After that you can do pretty much anything you want.
