Great tacos !
You will need:
Ground Meat
Taco seasoning (optional)
Garlic Salt (optional)
Flour tortilla
lettuce
tomato
cheese
Cut up the lettuce and tomato to bite-size pieves - like in a salad ... season
Brown your ground meat. You can add taco sauce if you want to ..( your choice). I season with garlic salt.
Put a little oil in a skillet. Get 2 forks. Use the forks to turn the tortilla shell
Get one white, soft, tortilla shell ... and put some of the ground meat in the middle of the shell .. sprinkle lightly with cheese .. then fold in half.
Slowly fry one side of the folder white tortilla shell until it is light golden .. it only takes a few seconds .. not much heat, not much grease in the pan.
Use the forks to turn the tortilla .. and fry the opposite side of the tortilla until it is light golden.
Take the fried tortilla out of the pan ... add the lettuce & tomato on top of the ground meat ... then sprinkle with cheese on top.
Walla .. you have a great taco.
Also -- you can add your choice of other things .. like onions, jalipinoes, etc
Then .. fry the opposite side of the tortilla the same way
