Generally, a pinch of salt would be 1/16 Teaspoon according to most chefs. One level teaspoon of salt contains approximately 6,200 mg sodium chloride, or approximately 2,400 mg sodium. I don't have a calculator close by, but you can divide those by 1/16 for your answer.

0.002332 mg

depends on how big your fingers are

Not much. maybe 0.5 or 1 mg.

1000 i counted them myself so i did

depends on the salt itself. you are allowed to eat 6 grams of salt a day so a pinch will be way less than that

trickey ? take a pinch of salt to a suppermarket and use there scale in the produce department you will get your answer k good luck

approximately 160 mg of sodium
