this one is delicious

one block of velveeta
2 cans rotel pepper/tomoatos
one mild or spicky sausage pack

melt the cheese and rotel together, cook the sausage, then add it. serve with tortilla chips!

The best dip I've ever found is also the easiest to make.

1 package (8 ounces) of Fat Free Cream Cheese.

Soften to room temperature. Place in saucepan and melt over medium low heat, stirring constantly to avoid sticking or burning. Once completely melted, add about 6 tablespoons of hot (spicy), chunky salsa into the cream cheese. Stir until combined.

Serve warm with favorite chips for dipping.

This is a great dip.

Spicy Cheese dip:

Equal quantities of Whole Egg Mayonaise and soft Cream cheese

My family and friends love my crab dip. Maybe you would like to give it a try.

3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (small) cans crab meat
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green or white onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
dash of worcestershire sauce
1 package ranch salad dressing mix (just the powdered mix)

Mix all together. It makes a great cheese ball if you roll it in toasted, chopped pecans. If using as a dip, you may want to thin it slightly with some mayonnaise.
