Yoplait makes thick and creamy low calorie yogurts. They are blue labeled. They are yummy.
Lots of fruits and vegetables.
Switch to fat free milk, just gradually reduce your percent of milk. Switch from 2% to 1%. Switch from 1% to half 1% and half skim. Eventually you will be down to just skim. We used to always use 1% and then I started blendind 1% with skim and now it is just strictly skim milk. No one can tell the difference!
Watch your intake! That is mostly everyones problem.
Eat lots of salad with low fat dressing and load up on vegetables on your salad instead of cheese, croutons, etc. Those are high in calories.
Switch to whole grains.
Also if you eat soup before each meal, you will eat less because the soup fills your stomach.
You can also drink a big glass of water before eating too.

okay fruit shakes are awesome... get some vanilla yougurt and some of those frozen berries and a little bit of protein powder put it in a blender and mix it up then drink and enjoy

There is a great website which will not help you keep track of your in-take and exercise but also has great tips on losing weight and a library of lo-cal, low-fat, high-taste recipes. If you haven't checked it out go to the SparkPeople.com and take a look around. It is free to join and you get a lot of information. I use it religiously.
