stuffed duck.... YUMMOI
take the breast, and cut open- stuff with foies gras and chopped up dates. Pan fry until skin goes crispy and then roast until cooked. Serve with hassle back potatoes and stewed red cabbage with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar
OMG i'm so making this : )

Steak. I don't know how to cook it but I like it better.

The best would be a duck stuffed with steak.!

Don't like lamb, not keen on duck, but I LOVE STEAK. Medium rare, with sauteed mushrooms and onions on the side. Steak sauce is for wimps.

All of them are nice, but not all on the same plate.

Steak. Chewable and juicy.

I love both Steak and Lamb.

I guess I'm more likely to prepare steak, cause it's easier. I broil it very simply with just salt, pepper and garlic. That's enough if it's a good cut of meat.

Steack for sure, 2 great recipe videos on www.cookshow.com :

Enjoy !

Ok ...... I can do all of them ,but I would prefer lamb because its has more vitamins and easy to prepared and less fat than stuffed duck and steak.

well....lamb isn't bad and it's best to roast it. season it however you want, sear it in a very hot pan and then toss in the oven to finish cooking it. dont over cook it or it will be very tough. stuffed duck sounds good, but just sauteeing the breast in a pan till crispy and med rare is awesome. but steak is my fav. and i love to season with just salt and pepper, grilling on the BBQ till medium rare, then squeezing a bit of lime juice on it and eating. very yummy and good for you too!!

Rack of lamb at the moment but only because I haven't had it in ages. (medium rare to rare please)

Probably rack of lamb if it is cooked properly . I also like a nice steak , but for the duck I would prefer it Chinese crispy style .. mmm you have made me hungry now and it is almost time for bed !!!

Steak definitely. I usually prefer a nice sirloin or round steak marinated in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and garlic for about 24 hours then grilled if possible or seared on the stove top in an iron skillet for 3 minutes each side then finished in a 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes. I like mine medium well.

3 THINGS I WON'T EAT TODAY!!
