Ingredients
6 pcs balut
Puff pastry
5 g garlic
5 g onions
5 g parsley
5 g spring onions
4 g saffron
150 ml olive oil
2 g spicy paprika
Directions
Break balut and separate juice. In a pan, saut? garlic, onion in olive oil. Put the yolks, season with salt and pepper, add juice, saffron, paprika. Put in ramekins, sprinkle with herbs. Cover with puff pastry and bake 25 minutes at 375?F.
