Where can I buy Opah and or Wahoo fish to cook myself? Help!?!
Answers: Had both of these in a wonderful seafood restaurant in NC and really want to make it myself.
Look in you local yellow pages. If you live in a small town, you may not have a seafood market. In that case, go to your local supermarket and ask them if they can place a special order for you.
Go to a local seafood restaurant and see if they can order them in special. I actually frequent a small gourmet food deli and the owner buys me in anything I need.
