What should I do with these apples?!

Question: I have about 6-9 yellow apples that are about to go bad if I don't use them. They were going to be used for a pie but I don't feel like going through all those steps. What is a quick and simple recipe that I can use them in?

Bert

apple crumble, i don't have a recipe but all you need is apples, sugar, butter, flour and some spices (cinnimon, nutmeg). the recipe is very quick and simple, i'm sure you can look one up on the internet

Core and slice them, add to a sauce pan with cinnamon, and a touch of nutmeg, ginger, sugar and a little water. Warm cinnamon apples are yummy!

cut them up and throw them in a pot to make applesauce. i often use my slowcooker if you have one. Add a bit of connamon and sugar to taste!!

Grate them up and use them in place of zucchini in a zucchini bread recipe. I use my electric grater. You don't have to worry about peeling if the skins are good. If you need a good recipe go to Allrecipes.com. Good Luck
