just cook the chicken and then make a salad w/them. or you could just cover them w/soysauce. i'm not a good cooker so thats the best i can give.

go to www.foodnetwork.com type in chicken on the search recipe area and click search. scroll down to desired chicken recipe. Cook. Plate. Serve.

take a plastic bag and 1/2 fill it with mayonaise.

coat your chicken in the mayo.....

in another bag have bread crumbs

coat your chicken in bread crumbs

bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes

depending on your oven. voila !

healthy crunchy chickn parts...

serve with a vegy or rice
and you are done.

make a yummy sweet marinate out of; soy sauce, little honey, olive oil and semsame seeds.

soak the breast for an hour or two, then place in a semi deep baking dish, pouring the remainder marinate over the top of the chicken, bake until the chicken is crispy.. and eat. you will LOVE it. works really well on chicken legs too

This dry rub works great with both BBQ and baking.

Thaw the thighs (if not thawed already)
Get a large ziploc bag and put in
1 part salt,
1 part pepper
1 part chili powder
1 part turmeric
1 part onion powder
2 parts paprika
3 parts cumin
5 parts sugar

Mix in the bag, then toss in a few thighs and shake it around to coat. Remove the thighs and place in a baking dish, repeat with the other thighs.

If the skin is on, leave the skin turned upwards, they'll be nice and crispy and full of flavor!

Bake at 400 degrees for an hour.

I'd make a mixture of soft butter and coarse chopped herbs (parsley, oregano, thyme, basil, what ever you have on hand), lemon zest if you have it, a little salt (if you're using unsalted butter) and a little pepper (or lemon pepper if you have that).

Lift the skin gently off the thighs without completely separating and rub the mixture on the meat under the skin evenly. Just a nice coating is all you need.

Then bake them on 350 for about 30 minutes on until they're done. I like to broil them for about 5 minutes at the end so the skin gets a nice, crispy, golden-brown.

use shake N bake.

put ketchup, honey,or brown sugar, soya sauce, garlic, onion inbowl, add hot sauce, (if you like hot stuff)in pastic bag, add chicken then roll bag around to coat chicken.Put in fridge for a hour or a day.If longer than an hour in fridge keep turning the bag over to keep coating.Put in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Serve with rice either instant or steamed.Recommend spinach or frozen peas as side dish.If you have ginger handy add ginger to basteing sauce.I have Chinese students who live here and this is their favourite dish. They tell me it is almost like home.Good luck

Chicken Rice Bake
Heat: l can of cream of chicken, mushroom and celery soup, l stick of margarine and l/2 can of water. Put 2 c. of min. rice in bottom of sprayed 9xl3 pan. Place chicken on rice. Pour mixture over this. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 2-3 hr. Uncover last 30 minutes. Enjoy!
( i usually cut my chicken off the bone. Pheasant is really good with this, too)

Rottento's recipe is easy and good. But I don't use bags... I just spread the chicken with a light coating of mayo, then a coating of buttered bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese... and bake at 350 for around 50 min.

LOOK UP COUQ AU VIN , IT'S GREAT
