16 oz. salmon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dried parsley

Remove bone and skin from salmon. Mix all ingredients except parsley until well blended. Chill in refrigerator for approximately 4 hours. Form into ball and roll in parsley. Serve with crackers, veggies, bagel chips, brioche...

How about cocktail sauce?

yeah i agree cocktail sauce is good oor tarter sauce have both and maybe artichoke dip if you warm it up it tastes so good trust me its delicious

a light dip would work best as to not overpower the delicate flavors of the salmon. A blend of fresh dill and sour cream, or a caper, tomato, and red onion or shallots would work as well. You don't want something that is going to hide the flavor, you want something that will cleanse the pallet.

Spinach & Artichoke dip, it taste delicious with Salmon and cream cheese.

I love salmon dip! My mom always makes it mixing cream cheese, smoked salmon, cappers, and a little dill.
