Delicious & Easy Crockpot Beef Roast

1 chuck or rump Beef Roast (sized for your crockpot)
1/2 Cup of Water
1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
1 Packet of Italian Dressing Mix
1 Packet of Brown Gravy Mix

Put roast in crockpot, pour water around the base. Sprinkle all 3 dry seasoning packets over roast. Cover and cook for 6-7 hours on low. Remove roast to cutting board and let sit 15 minutes; slice thinly across the grain. It makes great tasting gravy too, that tastes like you browned it and simmered it all day on the stove.

3 pounds boneless chuck roast or bottom round
4 potatoes - quartered
1 onion - quartered
6 carrots - cut up
2 ribs of celery - cut up
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 can water
2 beef bullion cubes

Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Adjust the amounts if you like more or less veggies.

I just got one to. I've made a lot of really good soups and stuff. My sister told me to do this and I was skeptical but it is awesome: (and easy)

1 package of cubed stew meat
1 big can of cream of mushroom soup

that's it
I let that cook and later I kinda mash up the meat with like a potato masher (for distribution) and when I get home I just make some rice real quick and pour that stuff on top. It is really good. My hubby is a meat and taters kinda guy but he loves this stuff

:)

This is what I have in my crock pot right now:
Beef Roast
One envelope of onion soup mix
One can cream of mushroom soup.
Add whatever veggies you want (I only have pototoes tonight, but usually have carrots, onions, celery and whatever I have on hand)
It has cooked on high for about 5 hours. Makes a great gravy. Hope you like it too.
