What am I making? What other ingredients can I add?!

Question: I broke an egg into a bowl. I use a fork and beat it for 30 seconds. I then place a slice of bread and after 10 seconds, flip the slice over.

I spray a frying pan and toss the wet slice of bread in the hot pan for a minute then flip it over and do the other side for 30 seconds.

Next I remove it from heat and place it a plate.

Now, what did I make and what other ingredients can I put before placing it in the frying pan?

You've made french toast (almost)
You can add cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, Bailey's Irish Cream, Creme de Cacao

After cooking you can layer fruits inside for stuffed french toast, or top with Nutella Spread.

French toast. Add some vanilla extract and orange zest to the eggs. Sprinkle the french toast with cinnamon.

French toast. When you put it on the plate top with strawberries and cream.

Almost a french toast without the milk and vanilla. You just have fried egg bread.

french toast add sugar and cinnamon yum yum

French toast, melt some butter, add cinnamon and mix, add vanilla and mix into the eggs, yum! Top with peanut butter and strawberry syrup.

i make my french toast with a peanut butter sandwich....exactly what you did, just replace the slice of bread with a slightly spread peanut butter sandwich...and cut the sides off.....
