don't know the exact recipe, but you can boil your chicken, and take the broth and add flour to make a thick gravy and stir in your vegall and chicken. You can also use cream of chicken soup. For the crust you can use bisquick or buy a pie crust from the store. You can also buy the pie crust to prepare it in.
Cook 2 chicken breasts. (you can use 2 cans of chicken chunks). Cut into bite sized pieces.
Mix with:
2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Pour into a deep dish pie shell, put on top crust. Cut vent slits. Bake at 400' for about 45 minutes till golden brown.
