Is there any dressing substitute that is completely healthy?!

Question: I eat a lot of salads and just have to have Ranch on it....

I've been told oil & vinegar with spices is the healthiest topping but I don't want the oil.

My sister does olive oil, vinegar, walnuts and dried cherries. I've also heard Asians do the dried cherries...

Ideas?

Any citrus fruit juice blended into yoghurt is good; use 2 tsps. juice to 1/2 C. yoghurt. For cucumber and yoghurt, peel and seed one small cuke, puree or dice, depending on whether you mind chunks and add to 1 C. yoghurt. Some diced jalapeno (1 tblsp.), a minced clove of garlic, and 1/2 C. yoghurt.
Try pureeing raspberries, or any other berry you like. Start with 1/4 C. berries and a splash of orange juice, lemon, lime, or vinegar at a time. Taste and see if you like it.
Shake your vinegar with the spices you like, leaving out the oil.
Try combinations of fruit and veggies you like for the toppings...mandarin orange on spinach is good. Tomato on arugula. Berries on romaine.

Lemon. When I worked as a waitress, I learned that you can use the juice from a lemon on your salad. It gives it a nice light flavor.

Dekh, huje ta koi dressing haini pur tu ek dressing use kar sagdi a: Oriental dressing.
eh dressin bahoot hi must aa, ya tu use karsagdi aa Ceasar dressing.

Fresh lemon juice mixed over your salad goes with everything you chose to put in your salad even fresh fruit em good...

Extra virgin olive oil is the healthiest oil you can buy. I'd go with that and vinegar.

I lived in Turkey for 7 years and they often use just lemon juice on their salads and it is wonderful. Sometimes they will use a little olive oil, too. But in the summer when you have a fresh tomato, cucumber and onion salad with lemon juice and salt, nothing tastes better. And you have eliminated all of the fat and many of the calories by excluding the oil.

Walden Farms calorie-free, fat-free Ranch dressing. It is in the case by the bagged salads.
I was skeptical, but it wasn't too bad.

I mix lemon juice and mustard together and put it on salads. Everyone loves it.
