If I fry a courgette will it become soft?!
If you like it soft (like I do), then put the pan on a slightly lower temperature. It takes a good 10 mins for it to go really soft if it is sliced quite thin.
I love courgettes with cheese, just grate some over and stir it before serving.
Answers: It may do. To keep it firm, put your pan on a high temperature, and don't put too much in it. About 5 minutes or so should get them lightly browned.

sure will
If you do it too long it will.
Best to fry in butter on a hot heat so that it browns quickly then serve slightly "al dente".
Add a sprinkle of ginger whilst frying for something different.
Yes if you fry it for too long. Just a couple of minutes each side should do it. Use Olive oil and add black pepper for flavour. Yumm!!
I find its better to put them in a dry griddle pan, on a very hot burner. Just let them colour quickly, turn them, sprinkle with black pepper. I have also had them, cut into sticks, dipped in flour, salt and black pepper, and quickly deep fried.
Yes, it is full of water and will become mushy even if you cook it long enough. It is a squash and most squashes will do the same.
Olive oil in flat pan (big)
put the courgettes slice by slice one after the other (not on top of each other) put salt pepper, and let it fry fry fry, but turn the other sides as well. I did it the other day for my pizza putting, i think in 15 minutes it was all done. Yammi, are you inviting me over??
i'll come with a wine... wait!
Sauteed courgettes (zucchini) is one of my favorite vegetable recipes. It's from Italy. Slice up the courgettes and mince acouple of cloves of garlic. Heat some olive oil in a covered sautee pan over mediium heat. Add the garlic and saute for a minute. Then add the courgettes, and a couple of spoons of basil and a bit of salt. Stir the courgettes until they are coated with the olive oil, then put the lid on the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook about 10 minutes.
yes it will but be careful because they hold quite a bit of water and may spit at you
