Question: I cannot eat mayo/miracle whip anymore. What can I replace to mix with tuna for tuna sandwiches since they are my fav? Healthy options please! Thnx much.

Try fat free sour cream with Dijon Mustard. Or plain yogurt mixed with shredded pepper jack cheese.

well, since many vegans wonteat mayonnaise because it contains eggs they substitute:
Vegenaise, egg-free, cholesterol-free mayonnaise

i am pretty sure that you could also buy them at special stores.

hope i helped

cream cheese would work really well
or sour cream maybe?

no mayo? pretty sure i'd shoot myself

Sour cream and mustard are my favorite for tuna sandwiches.

I use ketchup.Mmmmmm!

Try a little sour cream, & chopped green onions.

Ranch dressing! it tastes good on ANYTHING!! =]

i'd go with the cream cheese, or mix in a little salsa, finely diced tomato and onion, avacado, or a touch of flavoured light olive oil.

just drizzle some oil oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper

try all purpose cream.its more delicious than mayo.

I have used vegie dips in the past and depending on the flavor can be pretty good. I think I used a dill one for tuna and salmon. But then I am a nut for dill with fish.

try yogurt,

I hate mayo, so I sprinkle a bit of lemon juice on the tuna, & ground black pepper & salt.

Lite sour cream

squeeze some drops of lime and add some white pepper powder. its fairly tasty.
