Saute the salt, pepper, onions and peppers over medium heat for about 10-15minutes in olive oil. Added chopped sausages and chopped (partially cooked) potatoes. Meaning, boil the potatoes first so they soften enough to pan fry.
Mix in cooked rice/noodles and add the can of tomatoes. Reduce heat to low-medium and simmer for 15 mintues.
fry up your sausage with olive oil, some onion and some peppers. Stir in the can of tomatoes add some garlic, oregano and crushed red pepper. Serve over whatever pasta you want
well you could take the smoked sausage and fry it in the olive oil with the peppers and onions...you can use some of your spices and season it up good. cook your rice and then server your sausage over rice...
i really dont know
Cut up potatoes into bite sized pieces and the sausage as well.
Chop the bell peppers and onions into bite size chunks making them as uniform as possible. (so they all cook the same time.
Place a little oil in the bottom of the pan.
Dump in potatoes, sausage, bell peppers any colors or all the colors, and onions in that order.
Put some minced garlic ontop of all that, or use garlic powder, if you don't have any of that, it's not needed, but adds to flavor.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper if you want.
Turn the burner on medium-high heat and when the potatoes start to sizzle, add about 1/2 cup water.
Cover with lid and let cook til thouroughly done, stirring every once in a while, during the cooking process and potatoes are tender.
I make this every once in a while, and my kids even like it!
I don't usually put anything else with it, except a salad sometimes, but over some BUTTER noodles might be good or, if you wanted or Rice for a side, I just think that's too much starchy foods together.
Boil the pasta.
In a skillet, sautee up the smoked sausage in olive oil, set aside in a bowl. Add a little more oil. Sautee the onions for 10-15 minutes. Add sliced peppers. Add some italian seasoning, and a dash of oregano. Add tomatoes and sausage. Simmer until completely heated.
Strain pasta and put in a large bowl. Pour tomatoe-sausage mixture over pasta. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
