Can I store homemade pizza dough in the fridge, or do I need to use it all immediately?!

Question: I forgot my recipe makes enough for 2 crusts, so can I store the extra dough in the fridge or freezer, and if so, how long?

yes you can store it in the fridge I would say for about a day or two. To store it in the freezer, roll it out, poke a few holes in it with a fork and bake for about 5-7 mins (my normal pizza time is 15-20 mins) just so it is starting to bake and take it out, let cool and freeze. Then when you need it just thaw it and put on toppings. I have a recipes that says to do this!

freeze it for up to 3 months

Yes, if you refrigerate it use it within 2 days. You can also freeze it, (they do sell frozen bread dough) just put it in an airtight container, when you thaw it remove lid thaw in refrigerator take out a couple of hours to raise, it should be just fine.

yes you can but i would freeze it until you need it. keep it for a month or two...double wrap.

im pretty sure my recipe says that you can refrigerate it, or freeze it.
refrigerated-use it within 3 days
frozen -use within 2-3 months
