Question: Name some great foods for me to cook tonight. I am starving and can't decide what I want to eat, I want something that tastes really good. And easy to cook. Best food, Best answer.

First of all starving yourself wont make you thin...Eating healthy matters more. Make yourself a nice salad, like a grilled chicken Caesar Salad. Grill up chicken with garlic and seasonings and make a really nice salad with Caesar Dressing.....Thats a nice dinner..

Pasta!!!!

Make a tomato cream sauce with garlic and spinach and mushrooms and toss some penne pasta in with it.

GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF

1 pound ground beef, lean
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
4 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained
3/4 cup sour cream, or yogurt

In medium skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in garlic salt, pepper, soup and mushrooms. Simmer covered, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil. Serve over rice, noodles or chow mein noodles.

Grilled cheese & tomato soup (or any soup you have on hand that you like). Always good....always fast....great comfort food.

If you have shrimp and bread crumbs and tempura mix, you can fry up some Tempura Shrimp!

Or if you have chicken or pork you could marinate it in soy sauce or lemon/lime juice for half an hour- an hour and bread it and fry it. That's also good :)

Salmon Steak are loaded with Omega 3 which are extremely good for you and they taste great if you like fish. I grilll them on the gril with a mixture of melted butter, garlic and dill. You can also cook them under the grill in your stove. I cook them with love watching over them and basting them with this mixture. Add a salad and vegetable with them

This salad is my favorite of all salads. It is very satisfying! Use low fat foods and you have a very healthy low cal and fat free salad.

Fiesta Salad

Onions, sliced
Peppers, sliced
Tomatoes, diced
Refried Beans
Lettuce
Shredded Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa

Saute the onions and peppers. Nuke the beans. In a bowl combine the lettuce, and tomatoes. Top with the beans, onions and peppers. Sprinkle on the cheese and dollop with sour cream. Use the salsa as the salad dressing.

omelette's are quick and easy, tacos with salsa and sour cream, homemade hamburgers or steak sandwiches always go down a treat. mac cheese and tuna or tuna fish cakes are easy and tasty as well.
