I have to make a "flange" for xmas but cant find recipes?!


Question: iv looked all over and none of my friends have heard of it. my man wants it ,but his mum died with the recipe i suppose. he says it will be a challange for me, he finds it funny but I WILL DO IT!

It could be a bone in Prime Rib really. I have heard them called flange. So if it is that you simply need to look up prime rib recipes or prime racks or bone in rib roast. They are all the same.

I'm sorry, I havn't heard of flange (for food) and I couldnt even find a simple recipe or picture of it. Maybe you could describe it and that may give me a better idea?

Im pretty sure what you are looking for is a flan and not flange.to make sure, I included pics.
as you can see the first isnt very appetizing and you wont find many recipes for that.
but the 2nd page shows the FLAN in all its glory as a dessert.
and from past experiance ,I can attest to its yummyness.
So forget the flange and try a flan !
