Grilled peanut butter sandwhich with honey, banana sandwhich with sugar, cup of java, vitatmin water-apca, blueberry & pomengrate XXX purplish colored one, cup of tea, steak, ribs, chicken, turkey, prime rib, smoke oyster or yummy oysters on the half shell with horseradish sauce, tuna anything, chocolate covered strawberries or apples dipped into gooey caramel, oatmeal with raisins-milk- sprinkled cinnamon cardom, grilled cheese whiz sandwhich with green olives, mac & cheese with tuna added-instant meal, ice cream with all kinda foodies on top.


Bacon, garlic or onions, Tofu or potato (red, white, gold or yams) with eggs
(omit onions & potatoes) use Tofu & fresh garlic
(breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner)

1.fry bacon until golden brown then crumble,
2. add 1 whole onion diced,
3.then raw potatoes (red B size, white, gold or yams) also diced,
4. cook until lovely brown in color,
5.smash 2 eggs beaten,
6. over all of the above until egg is cooked,
7. season with salt, pepper & other seasonings, a couple dashes of hot sauce or whatever you like,
8. plate it-get fork & napkin,
9. eat & enjoy- (meal in a fry pan),
many variations to this however the one above is my favorite.

Recipe for chocolated covered strawberries
(yummy snack)
1.get strawberries from the farm or buy them at the store,
2. wash & pat dry leave on paper towel,
3.while you melt chocolate in micro wave (in bowl) or use a double broiler & melt the chocolate,
4. cool sightly,
5. take strawberry & dip into melted chocolate,
6. open mouth & bite down,
7.chew tastes like yummo chocolate & strawberry togther,
8. Bon-A-Petite'.

Bowl of hot chili dip recipe
(snack anything can also be a meal)

1.Cream cheese smashed into glass pie dish,
2. mix the next 3 foods ingredients together,
a. add cheese whiz,
b..can of Hormel chili with beans alittle water to rinse can out,
c..red pepper flakes, chili powder throughly mixed
3.then pour over the top of cream cheese,
4..melted in micro-wave until cheese is melted,
5.eat with chips, crusty bread, garlic bagel chips, bagels or anything else you can think of cross steak, fresh tuna,
Yummy quickie snack for the munchies.

Additional Details: yes I am one of those but hell-0 with jello & all kinda fruit. I use spell check it before I post my questions cause we all from time to time make mistakes or have typos!! And since I usually have the munchie syndrome & I like to make my taste buds explode with yummy concoctions, flavors, spices, foods etc.

    CUBE STEAKS WITH GRAVY

    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    6 beef cube steaks (1-1/2 pounds)
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3 c. water, divided
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
    1 envelope onion gravy mix
    Hot mashed potatoes or cooked noodles

    Place flour in a large resealable plastic bag. Add steaks, a few at a time, and shake until completely coated. In a skillet, cook steaks in oil until lightly browned on each side. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the onion and 2 cups water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. In a bowl, whisk together gravy mixes with remaining water. Add to slow cooker; cook 30 minutes longer. Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles. Makes 6 servings.

    PARMESAN CHICKEN

    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

    6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

    In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Dip chicken in butter and then into crumb mixture. Place in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 F. for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Place the chicken on a platter. Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and serve. Makes 6 servings.

    COUNTRY RIBS WITH GINGER SAUCE

    3 lb. boneless country-style pork ribs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. minced fresh gingerroot

    Sprinkle ribs with sugar and salt; rub into both sides of meat. Refrigerate for 2 hours. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and ginger. Spoon half of the sauce over both sides of ribs; refrigerate for 1 hour. Set remaining sauce aside for basting. Place ribs on a greased rack in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 450 F. for 15 minutes; drain. Reduce heat to 350 F. Bake 1-1/2 hours longer or until meat is tender, basting with remaining sauce every 15 minutes. Makes 8-12 servings.
