When cooking pork loin, do you wrap it while in the oven?!

Question: You do not need to cover the roast when cooking. You want it to come out with a nice crust, but you do not want it too crispy, so baste frequently with the juices in the pan, adding a little water to the pan occasionally to make more juices. Cover the roast loosely with aluminum foil only if you think the outside is getting too brown.

Some people do, some don't. I like a crispy outside, so I don't wrap or cover it.

I do, I think it keeps it juicy. To crisp the outside, sear it in a pan before roasting it in the oven. That way, you get the browned crispy edges, with a juicy center.
