What should I do with this chicken?!

Question: I'm going to be cooking it within the next half hour....

I have chicken breast, fresh garlic, onion, celery, and basic seasoning to work with. Don't really need to use all these things, just mentioning what I have on hand....

I was thinking about cooking the chicken in a pan with garlic, and onion....would this taste good?

What would you do?

I have some Frenches Fried Onion and there's a recipe to coat the chicken with crushed ffo, and bake....don't know what I think about this...

fry the garlic and the celery and the onions in a pan the cook the chicken then put the garlic and the celery and the onions on the side of the plate wala food!!!

Any olive oil, salt, pepper? If so, coat the breast in the combined ingredients and let sit for at least ten minutes. You can grill the chicken, cook it in a pan, or roast it in the oven. Depends on your preference and time frame.

You could make up some stock and makes some soup with those ingrediants.

Otherwise just eat the chook as is.

Brown your seasoned chicken pieces.Saute your onions and celery add your garlic.Add a little water a let simmer until done.I like this sometimes with a can of cream of chicken soup added.Makes a wonderful gravy.May stir in a little sour cream when finished.
