Just don't use the vanilla soy milk, that can destroy the taste of anything.

I do it all the time with plain unsweetened soy milk [I'm lactose intolerant]. This one:

It doesn't, however, make good Mac & Cheese no matter what kind you use.

I don't think it would be the same.

You can just leave the milk out if you want to, but I doubt it would make a difference if you used soy milk. Add a little vanilla extract and orange zest for extra flavor to the french toast. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

yeah

ewww weird flavor I would think.

Suggest you make a very small amount using soy milk
Try it. It might become your favorite.

Also, you can use water instead of milk.
Just add a little sugar and cinnamon.

It really is good... Honest

yes you can, and yes it will taste a little different. I would add some extra vanilla, since it makes anything better, some salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, eggs, and some sugar. some times I whisk in a little flour to make the batter thicker.

YES YOU CAN!!
i like soy milk, so i make french toast with soy milk!!
if you care taste, you can use vanilla flavour soy milk or thin soy milk with water...
i think it helps...
let's find your favourite way!!
