How do you get the jelly in a jelly filled donut?!

Nano technology.

It Is squirted through a hole in the side.

They have pastry syringes

The filling is put in a pastry bag and squirted inside the cooked donut.

It's injected with a huge hypodermic syringe... something like an ear syringe. You can do it with a turkey baster if you have to.

They use a pastry bag, fitted with a 1/2-inch round tip with jelly preserves. Then they insert the tip into the end of each doughnut and pipe approximately 1 to 2 teaspoons preserves into them.

You put the jelly in it. Duh! Oh my gosh. I am so smart. :D LMAO!

envision a big syringe with a 1/4" diameter needle. Fill the syringe with jelly and give all the donuts injections.


Basic concept, except it's a big pump machine with a needle, but you get the idea.
