You can store it all and make more later.

As you can see, people who aren't from Ohio don't know what buckeyes are.

A buckeye is peanut butter dipped in chocolate to look like a 'buckeye' nut from a buckeye tree- which is the mascot of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

Make more cookies out of it, or freeze it.

You must first explain WTF is buckeye ...sounds like sumpn' you eat...is it a main course....a dessert.....or just a munchie..?

Since buckeyes should be stored in the fridge or freezer, I see no reason why you shouldn't freeze your surplus mixture to make more buckeyes when needed. The mix should keep indefinitely.

Nope, don't know nothing about a buckeye, unless you are speaking of the eye of a male deer. Even then, I would never (knowingly) eat one. Come to think of it, I don't know much about Ohio. Nevertheless, your leftover ingredients will last a while. Just store them properly.
