ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR A HOT AND COLD FINGER BUFFET as iam not sure what to serve thanks?!


Question: Hot Franks
2 packs mini sausage weenies
1 large bottle Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
1/4 cup hot sauce

Heat weenies in microwave, place in crock pot. Mix sauces and pour over weenies, heat 25 to 45 minutes on high, then turn to low to keep warm

Celery Sticks

2 bars cream cheese
1/4 lb Panchito ham
1 small red pepper
1 bunch green garden onions
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

mix cheese until soft and fluffy. Mince veggies and ham very fine mix in to cheese add Worcestershire sauce. Place mixture into pastry bag { If you don't have one take a gallon zip lock bag and snip of small corner} cut celery into 4 inch pieces. squeeze cheese mixture in each one.

Fruit Trays are always a big hit you can serve it with a dip made of 2 bars cream cheese, 3 cup powder sugar mix until fluffy.

Pumpkin Dip

1 large can pumpkin
1 bar cream cheese
3 cups powder sugar
3 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
mix cream cheese and powder sugar until fluffy and pumpkin, and spice.
Serve with graham cracker sticks,vanilla wafers or ginger snaps

A good choice is to take chicken legs. De bone then. deep fry them then take a large bottle of franks hot sauce mix in about 2 tablespoons butter and about 1 tsp of vinegar. Soak the chicken in the sauce about 10 min. This is a great alternative to chicken wings without the mess. Toothpicks work great.

you can get chinese indian loads!

jacket potatos, and cold fillings,prawn and mayo, tuna mayo etc. sausage rolls, chicken pieces, quiche, salads, flavoured rice dishes they are good hot or cold, pasta dishes. varioty of cheeses and biscuits. sandwiches, gateuxs, triffle,cakes etc goodluck

Chipolatas, quiches, sandwiches, cheese straws, open sandwiches (little crostinis with toppings), mini pizza, pate with some melba toasts, bruchetta, spanish omlette, roasted thyme and garlic new potatoes, smoked salmon and cream cheese pinwheels, tomato mozzarella and basil salad, olives, fresh bread, cheese platter with crackers.

Mini chocolate brownie, gourmet cupcakes, mini tarts, scones & clotted cream etc

What about Raw veg, IE carrot Celary, Small cherry Tomatoes, Raw mushrooms, etc, with different dips/
Hot, small samosas (you can buy from Indian Deli's, also the same with small spring rolls, If you want to be really differant, get some jumbo prawns, (raw), shell and de-gut, make a japanese light batter, fry quickly then make a dip from Chilli, soy sauce, rice wine ,ginger and watch people enjoy..

Go from light to heavy. Cold vegetables with olives, marinated artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Dips, breads with spreads, meats & cheeses. warm items such as meatballs or little sausages. Perhaps a smoked turkey or ham, hot or cold. Some seafood like a shrimp cocktail or seafood mousse. A salad or two and lots of sweets.

Chicken nuggets, chicken drumsticks, mini quiche, vol-au-vants, mini sausage rolls, chipolata sausages, mini scotch eggs, cheese board, selection of crackers, cheese straws, garlic bread, mini pizzas, selection of vegetables, i.e. celery sticks, carrots etc, with suitable dips, pork pie, tortillas, salsa, king prawns, selection of sandwiches ( cut the crusts off!!) salad bowl, warm pitta breads, sweet peppadew peppers stuffed with cream cheese,
