The best way is to double fry them in 350 degree oil. 5 minutes the first time, drain and cool. Then fry until golden brown.

you will need cooking oil in a pot (enough to cover the potatoe once its cut into sticks. fry in hte oil for approx 7-10 minutes.

cut them into slices depending on how thick or thin you like them. Spray a cookie sheet with lots of Pam (if you have some or a thin coat of oil) and spinkle salt and pepper on them. Bake them at like 375 until as crispy as you like them. The thicker you cut them the longer it takes. you can even turn on the broiler for 5 minutes at then end to speed it up and make them crispy. Or if you have a deep frier you can use that to. But the oven is the healthiest and easiest way in my opinion.

Simply jullienne the potato (cut it into thin strips) then deep fry it in oil for 4-5 minutes. Then put it on a paper towel to drain off excess oil and sprinkle with salt.

Or if you don't have a deep fryer you could bake the potato strips in a 425 degree oven. Bake for 15 min, then flip them over with a spatula and bake for another 25. Sprinkle with salt and eat!

Cut them in strips to make them look like fries. Put oil in a pan. Once oil is hot, add potatoes and fry them. Yum!!!!

I do them all the time, delicious!

Wash the potatoe, slice it length-wise (I'll leave it up to you to decide how big you want the potatoe slices and whether or not you want the skin left on), put some cooking oil or butter in a pan, heat up the stove-top to about med-high (7 or 8) and cook, making sure to rotate your fries so they cook evenly. When you're done cooking, add salt if you like.
You could use a deep fryer, I just refuse to give instructions as I've never used one before.
Hope this helps... enjoy your fries. :)

If you have a deepfryer then it's really easy, Get your huge potato and cut them into strips, Fat ones, mind you, we're not making striped pancakes over here. Wash them ( hygiene) and to make them crispy, put a little cornflour over it Put them in the deepfryer and, if you have a Moulinex one, put it on 180, 190 if you want to make them fast.

Then if you don't have a deepfryer, take out a pan and put oil in it, put the heat on a little and let the oil heat. Wait for a while then put the strips in. Let them fry and only take them out when they have a yellowish-golden colour.

An WALAAA! there you have it. french fries

Hope I helped, Enjoy your french fries.
