I need some ideas for flavoured bread.?!

Oh I love flavoured bread!
The ones I have tried which have been delicious are:
Cheese and herb bread (there is a great Brazilian recipe for this called "pan de queijo")
Black olive bread
Courgette bread
Walnut bread
Sundried tomato and oregano bread
That's all I can think of but I hope it helps!
tomato flavoured bread is delicious....
Make your dough as you would, but add cracked black pepper corns, salami cut into chunks, ham, turkey and swiss cheese. This was a bread called Lard bread, but you can use a normal dough.

Banana bread. It's more like a cake, but moist. I've just this minute eaten some that I made yesterday. You can add spices like Cinnamon or nutmeg and vanilla for flavour. lovely.

A quick bread or a yeast bread?
Quick bread flavors:
Banana, strawberry, pumpkin, zucchini, cinnamon swirl, Irish soda, beer bread, cornbread.
Pecan Bread
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix milk and egg and add to dry ingredients. Mix, do not beat. Stir in pecans. Baked in greased loaf pan in a 350° preheated oven about 1 hour. Best kept a day or two before eating. Freezes well, great thinly sliced with cream cheese.
Apple Pie Bread
2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 small apples (1 1/4 c. finely chopped & unpeeled)
Preheat oven to 350. Whisk flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, & salt -- set aside. Beat the egg, egg white, brown sugar, honey, and oil with an electric mixer set aat medium until smooth. Add the buttermilk and beat again. Stir the flour and apples into the batter by hand just until combined. Scrape batter into a 9" x 5" loaf pan coated with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool the bread in the pan set on a wire rack for about 10 minutes. Turn our onto a wire rack and cool completely.

Honey Wheat Oatmeal Bread
1 1/4 cups water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups white bread flour
1 teaspoon instant yeast (or one packet)
Put into bread pan in the order suggested by your machine's manufacturer: Set the machine for the regular white bread cycle, and if you can adjust the darkness, you don't want this to get too dark. If you prefer a softer crust, easier to slice for sandwiches, then as soon as you take it out of the pan, put it right into a large plastic bag, and close tightly. The hot bread will steam the crust and make it very soft.
ZUCCHINI BREAD
(2 loaves)
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups sugar
1 cup Butter, softened
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 medium (2 cups) zucchini, shredded
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cloves and nutmeg in large bowl; set aside.
Combine sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth (2 to 3 minutes). Reduce speed to low; add flour mixture. Continue beating until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes). (Mixture will be very thick.) Stir in zucchini and walnuts by hand.
Spread mixture into 2 greased (8x4-inch) loaf pans. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely; store refrigerated.

peacan and maple bread is soo sweet and if all the class are trying it you only need a small peice to appreciate the flavour if cooking in a tin around 10in by 4.5in you need about a cup full of pecans and about 2 ounce of maple syrup just add the nuts to the mixture and bake then heat the syrup when is nearly ready (do not boil or it will taste burnt) take the loaf out about 10 mins before its done then pour the syrup on to the loaf just a thin layer to cover the top of the bread and sprinkle some chopped pecans on top
cheese bread
2 (1/4 ounce) packets active dry yeast
2 cups warm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch dice
Dissolve the yeast in the milk in a large mixing bowl and allow to proof for 5 minutes, until it begins to form a froth on the surface.
Add the sugar, butter, and salt and stir to dissolve.
Add the flour and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add the cheese and mix to thoroughly combine.
Pour the batter into a well greased 1 1/2 quart (1. 5 L) casserole dish and cover loosely with waxed paper.
Allow to sit at room temperature until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Good quality wholemeal flour, fruit is god, especially if soaked in cold tea, etc, and seds are always good, especially pumpkin, sunflower, caraway and poppy.
Using oil instead of other fats also changes the flavour and enhances the use of tomato and or olives, provided you use good quality oil.
