Do it this way. Enter eggs and any other food you just love in a recipe search engine... that will give you a selection of recipes to choose from.

Go the the Leap Over Web Clutter section of New Free Books... I think the second cooking link will give you what you're after.

Egg Curry
Egg balls in a gravy sauce

Ingredients

4 tbsp. Oil

1 large finely chopped Onion

2 tbsp.Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp. chili Powder1/4 tsp. Turmeric powder

1 tsp. coriander powder

Little water

2 large dry red chilies

200 GMS. diced tomatoes

6 curry leaves

Freshly Grated Coconut

6 hard boiled lengthwise cutted eggs

Salt according to taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing

Serve with

Chapati or rice.

Method

1.Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the sliced onion until golden brown. Add garlic & ginger paste and cook for a minute then add chili powder, whole dry chilies, turmeric and coriander & water and cook on reduced heat.
2.Cook until oil separates from the spices.
3.Then add tomatoes, curry leaves, Coconut ,salt & simmer until the gravy becomes thick.
4.Add the eggs, keeping the yolks upwards. Cover the eggs with the gravy & simmer for about 5 minutes.
5.Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves .

Spinach-Egg Soup



Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1 cup buttermilk
1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder as per taste

Method:
Clean the spinach and chop it finely

Boil the spinach in 5-6 cups of water

Add lemon juice, salt and pepper powder

Let is cook for 10 minutes

Let is cool

Add buttermilk and beat till foamy

Garnish with chopped eggs and cucumber pieces

custard pie w/meringue topping (did I spell that right? looks wrong but you know what I mean, the white fluffy stuff) or deviled eggs

egg salad is good so is deviled eggs. to fix egg salad boil your eggs until hard boiled, then let them cool, peel and smash in a bowl, according to how many eggs is to what size bowl. then add mustard and mayonaise salt, taste to your liking, i add bacon bits too. it's really good that way. deviled eggs is the same, just slice eggs in half put the yokes in a bowl and smash them up add mustard and mayonaise and salt then scoop the contents out of the bowl into each sliced egg, you can add paprika if you want.

egg tart
leche flan is really yummy.its a filipino dessert.kinda like the filling og egg tart but it doesnt have crust.just caramelized sugar at the bottom of the pan bfore baking it.

How about a frittata? Or a quiche? Gougere? Souffle?

Pasta Alla Carbonara---Italian pasta dish w/ eggs, Parm & Romano cheeses, white vino & bacon---Magnifico!

Quiche,
meringue shells(egg whites) - cook and fill the shells with ice cream or eat plain. Yummy!,
hollandaise sauce( egg yolks) - pour over vegetables - asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, etc
Egg drop soup - Add an egg to ramen soup along with mixed vegetables.
