vegie dip, or ranch dressing.

Salad dressing (ranch, thousand island)
Hummus
Olive spread
Salsa
Cream cheese (preferably a flavored kind)
Peanut butter and other nut butters
Melted cheese
Warm brie

Honey!

Spread cream cheese into the valley of short pieces about
2-3 inches in length.

french dressing

The garbage can. I think celery is most over rated root there is. I don't use it in anything.

My favorite is ranch dressing or thousand island dressing makes the celery taste yummy!

peanut butter

1 brick of Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 bell pepper, pureed (reserve the juice)
1/2 to 1 cup of pecans, chopped

Mix together the cream cheese, bell pepper puree, pecans, and salt to taste. Add just enough of the bell pepper juice to make the mixture smooth and creamy enough to dip or spread into the curve of the celery.

This recipe is a family holiday favorite.
