How should I store peeled chopped potatoes that I'm not going to cook till tomorrow night?!

They would keep better if they were still whole...try covered with water in fridge, spash of lemon juice wouldn't hurt.

PUT THEM IN A BOWL WITH WATER COVER THEM WITH FOIL AND THEN PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE....

cover with water and shrink wrap the bowl and put in cool place overnight,or half cook chopped potatoes and fin it tomorrow night .i do this as work diff hour .

Put them in a dish and cover with cold water. In the morning change the water for new fresh cold water. Just use as normal tomorrow!
