Hello,

This is the normal lemonade i usually make in summer:

Four glasses(8oz) of water; 2 lemons; 1 table spoon sugar per glass.

Pour the water into a pitcher / pot;
Warm a 1/4 cup of water, mix sugar nicely;
Squeeze the lemons into pot; look out for seeds;
Pour the sugar mixed water into the pitcher / pot;
mix well, and enjoy.

You can add more sugar if you want

You will definitely like it.

try out a few batches with different amounts of each and keep tweaking till its perfect.

come on you should be making some yummy mint hot coco tis the holiday season! :-)

More lemons & less sugar... The winning formula!

Secret is to heat a couple cups of water and add the sugar and cook just to melt to sugar (simple syrup). THEN add the cold water lemons and ice. this way there is no suger at the bottom and strirring is a breeze.

Ratio: I go 6 lemons; 1 cup sugar; 1 quart (4 cups) water.

You can always add more lemon to taste.

buy it already made at the store.

1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of lemon juice.

(This ratio makes a pretty sweet lemonade. Reduce the amount of sugar if you want your lemonade less sweet or if you are using Meyer lemons which are naturally sweeter than standard lemons.)

The secret to perfect lemonade is to start by making sugar syrup, also known as "simple syrup". Dissolving the sugar in hot water effectively disperses the sugar in the lemonade, instead of having the sugar sink to the bottom.

In a small saucepan heat the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved completely. While the sugar is dissolving, use a juicer to extract the juice from 4 to 6 lemons, enough for one cup of juice. Add the juice and the sugar water to a pitcher. Add around 4 cups of cold water, more or less to the desired strength. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve with ice, sliced lemons.

Serves 6.

Listen to Tony (10 pts for him.)
You gotta make the simple syrup first!!!!
