This is the best, moist bundt ever!!

Bacardi Rum Cake:
1 cup chopped, toasted pecans or walnuts
1 18-1/2 ounce yellow cake mix
1 1-3/4 ounce (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup cold milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup Barcardi dark rum
Glaze:
1 stick butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Barcardi dark rum

Cake: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan. Combine all cake ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes on high with electric mixer. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool in pan. Invert on serving plate. Prick top with fork. Drizzle glaze over top of cake. Use brush or spoon to put extra dripping back on cake.

Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar.

Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Note: The rum will cause steam. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Also a favorite or mines is JELL-O bundt cake :)
It's easy to make and you can make different flavors acording to your favorite JELL-O flavor.

1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. any flavor Jello
1 bundt pan
1 tsp. cooking grease

Grease bundt pan. Set aside. Mix cake mix as directed. Add Jello mix. Beat an additional 5 minutes. Pour in bundt pan. Bake as directed on box. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Make 12 servings

Here is mine:

MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE
Baker's Joy (no stick cooking spray with flour)
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (I use Betty Crocker's Super Moist Dark Chocolate of Chocolate Fudge)
1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Best Foods Mayonnaise
1 cup of water
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 10-inch bundt pan with cooking spray.

In a large mixer bowl, stir cake mix and cinnamon until well mixed. Add mayonnaise, water and eggs. Beat with mixer at slow speed for 30 seconds or until combined. (I just stir using a wooden spoon.)

Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until tootpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 25 minutes. Invert from pan and cool completely.

Note: I don't use frosting because it tastes yummy without it. One thing I have done though, is slice up the bundt cake and serve it with a couple of spoons of cherry pie filling and Cool Whip on top. Even microwaved some fudge sauce and drizzled on the cake before the cherries.
