*********CHICKEN CACCIATORE WITH NOODLES
1/4 c. oil
1 - 3 lb. chicken, cut up/boneless chicken breast
2 pt. jars Spaghetti sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 clove minced garlic
12 oz. pkg. noodles
Parmesan cheese
Grated cheese
Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken on all sides. Combine salt, pepper, sauce and garlic; pour over chicken. Simmer covered 25 minutes or until tender. About 10 minutes before chicken is done, cook noodles according to package. Drain. Arrange chicken on noodles. Sprinkle cheese over all.

Serve with Garlic bread and Salad.

my fiance made this great chicken parmasean once and it is really easy....

cook two chicken breasts in the oven like at 425 degrees until they arent pink in the center. when they are done take them out of the oven and pour some ragu original pasta sauce on top and a piece of provolone cheese. pop it back in the oven until the cheese is melted and voila!

good luck

Easy Manicotti: brown 1 lb. ground beef with 1/4 of a small diced onion. Drain, then add 1/2 tsp each of diced garlic, parsley, basil and oregano. Set to the side. Boil 1 package manicotti noodles 2 minutes less than recommended on package. Drain and rinse in cold water, then drizzle w/olive oil. Mix 1 large carton ricotta with 1/2 lb. grated mozzarella and 1 egg, then stir in cooked beef. Stuff shells with cheese/meat mixture. Drizzle bottom of 9 X 13 pan with spaghetti sauce, align shells in pan, cover with rest of jar of sauce, top with 1/2 lb. grated mozzarella, bake at 350 until bubbly.

Ravioli that is already made (the defrosted, fresh kind you find in the deli part) is actually pretty good.

From there if you want to "cook" look up a recipe for a cream-based or tomato-based pasta sauce...
there are just so many it seems kind of silly to recommend one. allrecipes.com is good.

A couple chicken breasts, shrimp or flank steak would make a great addition!
