Answers: I am making dinner for the family tonight and I want to make something totally different. Not the same ol thing. I have 8 chicken legs thawing and I am unsure what to do with them.

*******GARDEN CHICKEN LEGS
chicken legs
green peppers
onions
butter
tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
oregano
pepper
mozzarella cheese
Melt the butter in a medium frying pan either on the stove or on the grill.
Fry the chicken until tender. Chop up the green peppers, onions, and tomatoes and add the oregano and pepper to taste (about 1 tablespoon of each).
Pour this over the chicken and cook about 20-30 minutes until marinated in the sauce it makes.
Top with the cheese and let it brown. Umm umm good!
I have the BEST recipie! Marinate the chicken in garlic pieces and sundried tomato KRAFT salad dressing. Bon Apetit.
fry the chicken & make some mexican rice
You can BBQ them in the oven. Just season, add BBQ sauce, put in oven ... cook .... very good.
Or .. you can fry them. Just season them, flour them, then fry.
Or .. you can bake them. Season them, put them in the oven until done.
There are so many delicious cook in sauces to be had. One of my favourites is Apricot Chicken. It's also simple to make at home.
