What is a good recipe for when your sick?!

Question: I am really sick and haven't been able to keep any food down. but does that mean that I am stuck with just eating chicken broth until I can eat regular food or is there a recipe that is light but filling that is expecially good when you sick.

I would stick with bland foods for now until you can hold something down. Chicken broth, noodles in broth, baked potatoe(plain), crackers, and even lunch meat and crackers are good to stick with for now. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids- stay away from acidic juices and dairy items for now- they could cause further upset to your tummy! Seven up, gingerale, gaterade and water are best for now. Stick with clear fluids. Get well!

jello, popsicles, chicken noodle soup, onion soup, and of course pedialite lol!

I'm not a good chief but my grandmother use to say that you eat mash potatoes and or you can just eat baby food but stay way from the dinners. but the best thing to eat is chicken noodle soup and for dessert ice cream either lime or orange.

i like saltines, gingerale, Jello. Just make sure you do not get dehydrated, even if it does mean just broth

I always go for the Chicken Broth and crackers, but I drink That Lipton Green Tea, It's great cold or hot. It really zips me up quickly. Hope you feel better soon!

its very important to stay hydrated---drink lots of water and juice, and warm tea.Jello is also good. You"ll have to start eating carefully .Chicken soup and the cooked chicken are the best to eat for now.

ckicken noodle soup is the best, and 7-up
