what does a boring tv program have to do with what you are eating?

Brown 1 large onion in vegetable oil in heavy skillet. Add 1 pound ground turkey, or ground chuck and cook until brown. Add 2 cups of water and let mixture simmer for 2 minutes, then drain and pat dry with paper towel. Discard water. Return meat and onions to skillet. Add:

1 can carrots
1 can tomatoes, or four frozen tomatoes, or four fresh peeled ones
1 c. cooked potatoes
1 c. okra (can be fresh, frozen or canned)
1 lg. green pepper, chopped

I can't see my cholestrol, so, I'm wondering how you watch yours? I can't afford to "give" you a good meal, but, I recommend you ask your doctor about proper preventative or corrective medication. Zocar or its gernic is one prescription medication for cholestrol.

I'd recommend low fat foods, dead fish, dead chickens, lean dead beef, pasata and tomato sauce, fresh dead vegetables, fresh dead fruit, and large Margaritas.

Avoid sweets, dairy products, butter and/or cream sauces, and energy drinks.

Understand this: I'm neither a nutritionist nor a medical doctor, and what you are asking is actually a nutritional question asked because of a medical condition. You might want to ask a home economics teacher at the local high school or college for advice. Amazon.com probably offers cookbooks for people with your medical concerns.

Good luck, and stay healthy.

Grilled Chicken breast, marinated in garlic and olive oil....
