Chocolate Covered Pretzels??!
Answers: Im just wondering, how I would make the pretzels without getting fingerprints on them?
simple use a small piece of wire shaped like a hook to do whatever you want to do with the pretzels
if you decorate easter eggs remember the little metal egg holder? use that or twine to dip.
I put a bunch of pretzels in and use my fork (hooking them in their holes). Lay on wax paper, put sprinkles on while wet. Or let dry and drizzle white chocolate on them. When they are completely dry, take off the wax paper, you can use your hands now. Put in an air tight container and if you're not eating right away, freeze them. I make tons, both chocolate and white chocolate.
only cover half of the pretzel
All of the above answers are good. For a simple tasty recipe that's better than just chocolate covered pretzels try this. Buy the round or square weave pretzels. Line them neatly on a cookie sheet. Place an unwrapped Rollo (chocolate-caramel) candy on each pretzel. Heat in 350 degree oven for 2-3 minutes--no more. Top with a toasted pecan or cashew or almond while still warm, mashing down slightly. Let cool and enjoy.
I use a fork and after putting them in, and then fetch them out of the chocolate with the fork under the bottom. When they cool, the chocolate has usually pooled around the fork marks and covered them.
Melt the chocolate and use a prong or something to pull the pretzels out of chocolate with.
