What can I season this with?!
Answers: I got chicken, onion, green and red peppers, and some jalapeno. Would you use anything to season it with, or will it be good all by itself? I don't like soy sauce.
lemon for the chicken. saute the onions and peppers to where they are still somewhat crisp. Or make chicken kabobs with the produce you have. Onion salt . Sprinkle with Worchestire sauce.
garlic powder or garlic salt would be good
Should be enough, with the jalapeno. Fry the onion and peppers until they're brown, which will add to the flavour.
Use a few teaspoons of this fajita seasoning. Adjust each seasoning to your taste.
Fajita seasoning
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin (I prefer more ...)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or pinch of cayenne, to taste)
Mix all and store in an airtight container.
maybe some garlic
Sounds good to me, maybe season the chicken with some seasonall and pepper.
Cumin and one clove of crushed garlic!
garlic salt and cumin
Simple salt & pepper would be great. If you have Garlic it would be fine too.
I add garlic to everything :)
But with the peppers, you should have plenty of flavor.
garlic is a good answer and meshes well with your other ingredients, don't forget salt and pepper! Maybe cilantro or instead of salt and pepper - adobo It all depends on your taste really!
complete seasoning or mojo!!!!!
I'd go with garlic powder/garlic salt and chili powder. Sprinkle on some cheese (cheddar or mexican blend) before serving.
Tony Chachere's Famous Creole Seasoning for a little change of Pace.. Cher!
Bam!
It would be good all by itself, but if you wish to add more you could use garlic, s&p, cumin, and tomato paste
