What is a good pork tenderloin recipe for the crock pot? Preferably one with fruit?!

Pork tenderloin with apples.

1 package pork tenderloins, about 1 1/2 to 2 pounds
1 large (or 2 small) Granny Smith apple, chopped
1/4 cup applesauce
1 bunch green onions with about 3 inches of green tops, slice thinly
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
PREPARATION:
Trim excess fat from the pork and slice in 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place pork slices in the slow cooker/Crock Pot with the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Serves 4 to 6.

Peach Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin -- sliced
1/2 cup white wine (or white grape juice)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons peach preserves

Directions:

Put pork tenderloins in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

serves/makes 4

PORK IN CROCK POT

3-5 lbs. pork (may use smoked pork shoulder)
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 apples, peel & cut up in pieces
2 tbsp. chutney or 1 c. dried fruit (mixed)
1 c. apple cider or apple juice
1/2 c. water
1 or 2 garlic cloves
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook all ingredients together in crock pot 4 or 5 hours on high temperature. Thicken gravy. Remove bay leaf. Slice meat and serve.

throw the loin in the pot with some large chunks of celery, carrots and potatoes. make sure they're large so that they won't get tender too quickly.

throw in some apricots and let simmer for a few hours.
