Anyway, make the chicken. Add some lettuce, tomatoe, fat free mayo, and mustard to the wrap and add the chicken. Wrap it and enjoy. You can also add a little cheese and turkey bacon to make it hartier for a lunch instead of a snack.

well...vegetables and fruits r always a good idea...u can carry dem easily w/u as a snack even...not to mention a lot of water and good choices of fresh juice...check some cooking and recipes sites/books...esp,vegetarian sections...they can be really helpful with varied ideas for a good diet.

Roasted soybeans (soynuts). High in protein. Taste like peanuts. Have isoflavones which aid in calcium absorption by bones. Help to curb appetite due to protein & fat content.
Berries with Sour Cream Sauce
Ingredients-
1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
1 pint fresh raspberries
1 pint fresh blueberries
1 pint fresh blackberries
2 cups reduced-fat sour cream
1/4 cup honey
Preparation-
In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In another bowl, combine the sour cream and honey. Serve with berries.
