Lasagna? Eggs or no eggs in the cheese?!
just mix the raw egg in the ricotta cheese..... and build as you normally would, i also put shredded mozzarella in with the ricotta cheese too.....
yup, i add parsley and basil to the mixture too!!!
mmmmmmmmmmmmm
Answers: i always use 1 egg per container of ricotta cheese, it helps to hold everything together/.... remember after it is done baking, let lasagne sit on stove top for at least 15 minutes before serving so the cheese sets.... hence the use of eggs!!!!

When I make lasagna, I add two eggs, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and chopped parsley to every 15 oz. container of ricotta cheese that we use. It gives it a little more flavor and helps the lasagna to set when it's baked.
Eggs.
I always use one or two eggs depending on what size pan I'm making. I always add chopped spinach in with the eggs and cheese too.
Miss Rhonda is right. Use eggs, let it set up.
Add a dash of parsley to the cheese, too. It looks nice.
