I have half a box of cooked lasagna noodles leftover. What can I make with it?!

Chop up and make a Chicken or Beef noodle soup

Lasagna Roll Ups (spread meat and filling on a falt noodle, then roll up starting at one end, stand up on it's side, so you can see the swirls, then top w/ sauce, cheese, and bake.

Give it to me...I'm starving! hee-hee =)

Stuff them, chz spinach, than roll them up. Pour some marinara over them, bake.

Actually, there is a pasta that is made with big squares of pasta (fazzoletti - handkerchief). I have put a couple of links below that describes it.

Tuna noodle casserole. Boil the noodles, cut them up, mix them with tuna, warm it in the oven at 350 for a few minutes and oh yeah, add a bit of chopped onion before you put it into the oven.

Layer them with chicken, tuna, or some other sandwich salad that you like, then roll them up and serve for lunch.

Why dont you just freeze it ?

run the pasta under hot tap water.heat up some butter or better yet,olive oil.add some garlic powder,oregano(to taste) bit a basil.can of shrooms.garlic pasta with shrooms.
don't forget the bread,but that's another story.
