This is the best I can do:

INGREDIENTS

* 12 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
* 1/2 cup butter

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Spread peach slices evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish. If using canned peach juice, pour 1 cup of it over peach slices. If using fresh peaches, combine water and sugar in a small bowl. Stir to dissolve, then pour mixture over peaches.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon over peach slices, followed by dry cake mix. Top cake mix with pats of cream cheese. Dot cobbler with butter or margarine.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until golden.

I really do not have the exact recipe but my Mom makes her cobbler from scratch and this is what she does..

she takes probably 2 1/2 cups of self rising flour and she takes about a 1 tablespoon of shortening and works it into the flour until there is no lumps. She then adds about a cup of sugar and then adds enough milk to make her batter. She taste tests the batter to make sure it is sweet enough. If it is not, then she adds a little bit until she gets it to the desired sweetness.

While she is mixing her batter, she melts a stick of butter in her large round baking dish in the oven at 350 degrees. When the butter is melted she pours in her batter and then adds a quart can of peaches (she uses the ones she has canned herself). She sprinkles cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple pie spice on top. She bakes it for about an hour until the batter has baked properly.
