Question: STRAWBERRY PIZZA

1ST LAYER:
1-1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. margarine, room temperature
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt.)

Blend well. Spread on large pizza pan. Bake at
400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and cool.

2ND LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. sifted powdered sugar

Spread on cooled 1st layer. Top with 3rd layer.

3RD LAYER:
3 oz. strawberry Jello
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
4 c. sliced strawberries

INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter, (4 ounces)
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup flour
8 ounces cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cartons frozen strawberries, in juice
4 tablespoons cornstarch
PREPARATION:
Crust: Melt margarine; mix with confectioners' sugar. Add flour; mix well. Pat out on pizza pan. Bake at 350° for about 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Filling: Beat cream cheese and condensed milk together. Add lemon juice and vanilla; pour over cooled crust.

Topping: Combine frozen strawberries and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened. Cool and spread over cream cheese filling.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Strawberry Truffle Pizza

1 roll (20 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 pints baskets fresh strawberries
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 400o F. Cut the cookie dough into - inch slices.
Pace in a foil lined 14-inch round pizza pan with a 1/2 inch high
rim. Press the dough together to form a crust on the bottom of the
pan. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes, or until golden.

Meanwhile, in a 2-cup glass measure, combine the chocolate chips and
cream. Microwave on High for 90 seconds, or until the chocolate is
melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in the vanilla.

Rinse, drain and hull the strawberries. Cut in half lengthwise.

Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the baked crust. Beginning at
the edge, arrange the strawberries on the crust in a circle pattern,
cut sides down and with the points toward the outside edge of the
pan; cover the chocolate completely with berries. Refrigerate until
set, at least 30 minutes.

Key Lime Dessert Pizza


Ingredients
Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
1 refrigerated sugar cookie roll
1 cup sliced strawberries


Directions
Combine first 2 ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate 1 hour. Spread cookie dough on bottom of 8 x 8 baking pan. Poke holes in dough with fork prior to baking. Bake according to package instructions; cool. Spread Key Lime mixture over cookie crust. Add berries; refrigerate. Makes 12-15 servings.

Easy Key Lime Fruit Pizza


Ingredients
2 pkgs. refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
4 oz. marshmallow creme
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups sliced bananas
3 sliced kiwi
1/2 pint blueberries
2 cups sliced grapes

Directions
Roll cookie dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake as directed on package; set aside to cool. Prepare Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix with cream cheese; add marshmallow creme and mix well. Spread mixture on cooled dough. Alternate rows of fruit on top; slice to serve. Makes 16-20 servings.
