I have half a head of cabbage, what should I do with it?!
Answers: I'm just cooking for one, so huge recipes aren't much use to me.
i'm not sure what i'd call this....
cabbage skillet?
cook up some "bow tie" noodles or bite size pasta.
cut cabbage up into squares
slice up onion and celery put all into skillet with butter and cook till tender
add a can of diced tomatoes and cook a while longer.
you can use whatever spices you like, i use basil salt and pepper and its wonderful
you can add green pepper.... its all great in it.
