How long should I cook it for?!


Question: I bought marinated chicken legs in a package at the meat section of the grocery store. I want to cook them in the oven but the package doesnt come with any instructions. How long should I cook it for and at what temp??? The package came with 5 chicken legs.

I would heat the oven up at 350 for about 45 minutes checking on them at 30 minutes or so

put it on broil for an hour

Don't cook it? I wouldnt trust any product with no name or instruction.

325 for 1 hour.

350* check at 1/2 hour then every 15 minutes. Cook until a knife inserted by the bone yields clear juices.

you should cook it until it is tender. about 20-40 minutes

Do 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Make sure you cover whatever pan you use with foil, so that it's juicy and tender!

depends on how u want to cook them....bake:350about 34-40mins..deep fry:400..10-15mins..thats the only ways i would cook it =)good luck..

Do yourself a HUGE favor, and buy a basic meat thermometer. A decent one is maybe $5, and all the guesswork is GONE!

No well equipped cook should be without one.

you say that they are marinated but you really don't know how long the have been sitting in that juice right? So, I would maybe give them a quick rinse and then season them to my liking; a little season- salt & pepper, garlic powder, a little thyme,whatever you like.You could also dip them into Itailian Dressing to remarinate. Bake @ 350 for 45-60 minutes. Temp should be 160* with a meat thermometer or until the juices run clear . Broiling is also excellent. It really crisps up the skin. YUM! ^.^
